The JAA serves many seniors whose personal finances are very limited. Contributions from the community allow us to make sure that all of our clients benefit from the extra comforts that make life enjoyable, in addition to the basic healthcare and residential services we provide.

If you are interested in making a contribution to the JAA, please contact Jen McCay at 412-521-1094 or e-mail her at jmccay@jaapgh.org.

Yahrzeits
At the Jewish Association on Aging we understand the importance — both spiritual and emotional — of making sure your loved one’s memory is kept alive in accordance with Jewish tradition. We have a practice of reciting memorial prayers on behalf of Jews who have no surviving relatives or whose relatives are not able to say Kaddish.

At your request, we will also publish your loved one’s name in The Jewish Chronicle of Pittsburgh during the week of his/her yahrzeit, and mail you a notice to remind you of the upcoming date. If you would like the JAA to assist you in remembering your loved one eternally, please contact Jen McCay at 412-521-1094 or e-mail her at jmccay@jaapgh.org.
