The JAA Center for Rehabilitation is conveniently located at the corner of Forbes & Shady Avenues at 6301 Forbes Avenue - Suite 120.  It is accessible by public transportation and offers ample parking for your convenience. We even offer free patient transportation services.

Additonal outpatient rehabilitation services are available at the Hyman Family Rehabilitation Center on the Weinberg Village campus, located off Browns Hill Road in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
