IN-HOME CARE HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES Aging in place is possible with JAA’s own home health team, offering a comprehensive range of services delivered with compassion, professionalism, and reliability, right to your doorstep. Patients referred to JAA’s Home Health Care Services receive an assessment, treatment plan, and ongoing communication with their personal physicians. MOLLIE’S MEALS Kosher meals delivered to homes eases the burden when older adults become unable to prepare their own meals. With the ability to accommodate most special diets, clients receive tasty, nutritious meals on a regular basis. The added bonus is social; clients talk with caring volunteers who offer support and refer them to other JAA programs when necessary. G2G (GENERATION TO GENERATION) 21-and-under youth volunteer program. Activities include visiting seniors, becoming a pen pal, making art together, performing with classmates, and much more. These meaningful opportunities provide joy and connection between participants, and collaboration with schools and youth/teen groups in our area.
