Lisa Vlakancic, RN, BSN joined the JAA team in late August as Director of Professional Services at the helm of our Home Health department. Lisa worked at UPMC for the past 16 years, 13 of which were in the Home Health department as a case manager, team leader, and supervisor.
Lisa believes that JAA’s patient-driven approach and individualized care makes our Home Health services unique. She looks forward to being a strong leader at JAA who can create positive goals for our patients and staff.
Lisa is a dedicated patient, family, and staff advocate and we are so excited to have her on our team. Welcome, Lisa!
