Caregiver Connect is a Hope Grows/JAA program that cultivates caregiver wellness. It is designed for caregivers with loved ones at Charles Morris Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. It is unique because it helps caregivers focus some of their time and energy toward their own wellbeing. Through the connection between JAA and Hope Grows, caregivers become better equipped to provide care and stay healthy in mind, body, and spirit throughout the challenges of caregiving. Caregiver Connect features valuable self-care tools and supportive communication that serve as seeds of hope along the caregiver journey.
