Support During the Holidays for Those Who Have Lost a Loved One

December 2, 2021

The holidays bring a world of feelings and emotions with them every year. They can be especially difficult when you’ve have lost a loved one.

JAA’s Bereavement Counselor Jan Kellough is here to help.

Through a series of Zoom gatherings, Jan provides support for anyone suffering from loss, a challenge under any circumstances but particularly so at the holidays.

Join Jan for weekly live support sessions we’re calling “Grief At the Holidays.” Each week we delve into a different topic, sharing stories, discussing the challenges we face, and looking ahead toward the New Year. Attend as many sessions as you like. The same Zoom link applies for each session.

Wednesday Decemer 8 and December 15 conclude the series.  Sesions begin at 6:30 PM and last an hour.

Brought to you by the Jewish Association on Aging’s Sivitz Hospice & Palliative Care Services.
