We did it!
Much like winning the Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, or World Series, getting the COVID-19 vaccine at JAA makes us feel like champions, VACCINE CHAMPIONS.
We don’t expect a victory parade or championship rings. Our sense of accomplishment comes from being the first senior living community in the Pittsburgh region to vaccinate all our residents in personal care (Weinberg Terrace and Weinberg Village), assisted living (AHAVA Memory Care Center) and independent living (the New Riverview Apartments.
It takes teamwork to reach the mountaintop and our team included pharmacy partners at CVS who made it happen. They return to administer the second dose next week. So we get to do it all over again!
