There are no reported cases of COVID-19 at Riverview.
We are fast approaching the conclusion of many months of renovations. I look around and while I admire the beautiful apartments and the new curb appeal, I know that you, the residents I should be thanking.
I should thank you for being a partner to this journey. I know it has not been easy, short or void of hardships. I know that we asked for your patience and understanding while we are renovating, and that for some of you it was challenging at times. For that I want to extend my gratitude and many thanks.
I also want to acknowledge all of Riverview’s employees who work tirelessly with the construction team to make it happen and minimize disruption as humanly possible. It may not seem this way but I can assure you that without the help of Phyllis, Mischa, Catherine, Dennis, Marla, Rick, Rich, Frank, Jackie, Bill, Tee, Annette, Karen, Susan, Darlene, Pat, Helene and Dana we would not be able to meet all the requirements of our investors. Each one of our heroes contributed in a big way to the overall success.
I raise my glass to all of you and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
We still have ways to go but we are almost there. I hope that you like the many upgrades introduced into our buildings and apartments and I hope that you find the apartments conducive to your lifestyle and needs.
Now more than ever it is important that we all exercise what we preach- wearing masks, social distancing, hand washing!!!!!
And now,above all, make good decisions that support your own wellbeing and health. Please be kind to one another.
