JAA recently increased the minimum hourly hiring rates for front-line positions.
Current employees whose wages were below the new minimum received an increase in their hourly pay to match these new minimums.
Due to the challenging nature of healthcare, this change was necessary to remain competitive in our industry. This wage increase ensures a more stable workforce for our clients and their families and demonstrates an appreciation for these staff members who are all so critical to the work we do.
The staff’s response to this increase has been very positive as many hope the increase will assist JAA in ongoing employee recruitment efforts.
